Terms and Conditions
The quiet and intimate atmosphere of Casa Iguana is insured by our deliberate decision to remain small. This feature, however, makes scheduling and booking a critical process upon which hinges the ultimate success of this format. No-shows, late arrivals and schedule changes can have a catastrophic impact on a hotel of just fourteen cabins. We ask, therefore, that you agree with the terms and conditions of our reservation policy.
Reservation policy
A deposit is due upon confirmation of reservations. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund of the deposit will be given if we are given 14 days notice. We accept Visa and MasterCard with (5% internet processing charge). Traveler's checks are welcomed. Personal checks need prior approval.
By sending us your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of Casa Iguana's reservation policy.
